Using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MIKE gives users fast, trusted answers to product, methodology, and platform questions. It reduces the need to search documentation, training content, or internal resources.

As part of MedInsight’s strategy to deliver “answer-as-a-service” solutions, MIKE responses are based on verified MedInsight knowledge and clear source transparency.

Client data is never used to train MedInsight AI. Your claims, enrollment, and clinical data operate in entirely separate boundaries from MIKE. This is a core commitment.
