Marcos Dachary
Marcos Dachary joined the firm in 2009 and leads the sales and growth team. The sales and growth team focuses on customer and user acquisition, activation, retention, and adoption of the MedInsight client journey.
Marcos has over 20 years of professional software development experience. He helped launch the MedInsight Tools practice in 2009. He led the expansion of the MedInsight clinical team who were crucial in launching the MedInsight groupers – Guideline Analytics, CCHGs, and the Health Waste Calculator. The Health Waste Calculator is a national leading product for identifying low-value healthcare.

Jeff Schmidt
Jeff recently joined MedInsight to lead the commercialization efforts related to MedInsight’s Real World Data business. One of MedInsight’s newest offerings, Real World Data enables research and product development on analytically sound closed claims data.
Prior to joining MedInsight, Jeff led data strategy and commercialization teams at Optum Insight (via the Change Healthcare acquisition) as well as data product and partnership initiatives across a number of companies in healthcare, ad tech, and CRM.
